Online application, online tests, telephone interview and two day assessment centre. The assessment centre was based at a hotel just outside of london with the whole process taking 2 days. The first day included written tests (numerical and logical), group exercises and the second day included a face to face interview. The interview was with the hiring manager and a member of HR.
