I applied for the program through a job site and have been contacted in about a week that I have been shortlisted for the phone interview. It went well, lasted about 20-25 mins. It was a quite relaxed discussion in which the guy gave me some details about the program at first, then started asking me about how I found out about the job, why am I interested, what do I know about the company, what do I know about nuclear engineering. I had previously done the basic research in terms of the company, project they do and so on. The interviewer told me afterwards what are the next steps - a face-to-face interview with the recruiter and a final interview, if you pass this one, with some managers from the company.
