I was lucky because this location was trying to fill the position quickly due to the post-pandemic employee shortage. I applied online and got a call back 3 days later from HR. Conducted a brief phone interview over the phone about stuff on my resume. Then they invited me to come in the next day for a face-to-face interview. For that interview, I met with the HR person I spoke with on the phone and then she introduced me to the Director of Front Desk and then I interviewed with him. I felt the interview went very well. I was lucky that the managers conducted the interview in a more relaxed, conversation-type instead of an interrogation. After the interview, the front desk manager told me he was going to compare notes with my other interviewer. Then around 15-20 minutes later, I get a call from the HR rep I interviewed with letting me know I got the job.
Basically, they are very member focused so they are really looking for someone that has great customer service. Also it is a plus if you have open availability because the hotel is open 24/7, but I heard they are flexible
