Formal but unintimidating environment. The people interviewing me were easy to get on with and didn't make it feel forced but you should be prepared for standard interview questions. Such as why are you good at the job? What would you do if a customer had a problem?

Apply with CV, and then go into the hotel for a short in person interview with the manager who will ask you questions to get to know you. Then wait for them to get back to you with an update.
