Received email from HR to do video interview. Upon passing it, a case study will be sent to you. You will only get to have human interaction in the 3rd round of interview.
Personally felt that the hiring process and candidate experience were poor as there was no human interaction until the 3rd round of interview and any questions sent to the HR regarding the case study was ignored despite being informed to send clarification questions, if any.

Round one was a telephone interview where I was asked about experiences on my Resume, as well as some basic questions about Product Management. (E.g. - What is the most important skill for a PM to have). After this I was asked to do an online video assessment where I had to record video responses to 3 questions. Answers had to eb 2 minutes each. First two questions were to introduce myself and why they should hire me. Last question was a repeat from the telephone interview, What is the most important skill for a PM to have?
After getting through this round, I was told the next round would be a case study of sorts, where I had to prepare answers and a Product Requirement Document. After hearing about this round, I wrote back asking about the company's ability to sponsor an Employment Pass, since I am an international student from a local university. I got no response and was completely ghosted, following which I got an automated rejection email, despite having put through to the next round. It was very disappointing , especially since the first two rounds went well, and I thought I had built a decent connection with the recruiter. It seemed very rude and unprofessional to me that they didn't even bother writing to me themselves. I understand that some companies are unable to sponsor EPs, but at the very least they shouldn't have ghosted me after 2 rounds of interviews and an ongoing conversation.
