very thorough and informative about the entire interview process, the next steps were clearly stated, which was greatly appreciated. I am very thankful for this process. I am very excited to start soon.
Overall a great experience. The interviewers focused mostly on behavioral questions, with some Qs to assess product thinking. Because all leaders are also ICs, so they equally probe for execution and detail. I didn't pick up on how much that mattered didn't do enough to showcase the tons of execution experience I have. I made it to the final round and didn't get the offer but enjoyed the conversations with the team. The interviewers and recruiter were all kind, respectful, and transparent throughout the process.

How do you prioritize against continuously changing or new requests?
Spoke with recruiter for 15 minutes. Very straightforward. Next step hiring manager will call for an interview which may have a case study to discuss. It should be within the next two day

First a phone screen and then two separate interviews with managers within the department that were both virtual. I dont understand why this has to be at least 30 characters.
