Overall a great experience. The interviewers focused mostly on behavioral questions, with some Qs to assess product thinking. Because all leaders are also ICs, so they equally probe for execution and detail. I didn't pick up on how much that mattered didn't do enough to showcase the tons of execution experience I have. I made it to the final round and didn't get the offer but enjoyed the conversations with the team. The interviewers and recruiter were all kind, respectful, and transparent throughout the process.
