I got the interview by cold emailing HR at the local office, it was incredibly ambiguous for what sort of role I was going to be interviewed for and they didnt share details of which division/person i'd be meeting. I had 3 back to back 30 minute interviews with senior staff (VPs and an ED) and they tested my knowledge about the firm and its business, their performance in the region, technical skills and also my skills on Excel

superday where I met with 5 vice presidents / associates / director of research. each interview was about 30 minutes. the interview depended heavily on the person. most questions were based on qualifications / experience from my resume

There were three rounds for the interview process. It started with a hirevue then zoom then superday in person. The superday consisted of two thirty minute interviews, one more techincal than the other.
