Ich wurde nach meiner Bewerbung zu einem online Assessment Test eingeladen, welchen ich innerhalb von 10 Tagen absolvieren musste. Der Test bestand aus Situational Judgement Fragen und war rein qualitativ. Es gab jeweils drei Multiple-Choice Antwortmöglichkeiten.

superday where I met with 5 vice presidents / associates / director of research. each interview was about 30 minutes. the interview depended heavily on the person. most questions were based on qualifications / experience from my resume

Entretien
There were three rounds for the interview process. It started with a hirevue then zoom then superday in person. The superday consisted of two thirty minute interviews, one more techincal than the other.
