The interview process at Datadog is very complete and clear. There is a first interview with RH. In this first interview we should explain what are we looking for and see what Datadog can offer. The main goal of this first step is to align expectations on both sides. Then there is a techincal live interview. Basically we need to solve a leet code exercise. Before that, Datadog sent materials to help the candidate to be prepared and train. Then there is a system interview, where they ask you to design and discuss an architecture. Here you should show your skills on architecture, design, and problem solving skills.

Overall interview experience was great both times i've interviewed. Very helpful recruiters, and the interactions with the interviewers were positive. The structure was fairly standard (recruiter screen, technical screen, virtual on-site). After passing the on-site there was a team matching phase.
