Long process and you need to be available at night because 90% of interviewers are located in NY and even with this they are not available at 3 or 4pm CET but they want you to be available at night. I have been accepted after the 1st step, I received an email from the recruiter to invite me to schedule the reste, I was about the schedule the 2nd steps and suddenly he send me an email to inform that they have recruited another one!! They didn't tested me, they didn't wait until I finish all the steps, nothing, they don't even care !
