J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Datadog (New York, NY) en févr. 2022

Had great initial meeting with the hiring manager while I was on a family vacation in Cancun (which I was okay with) . I was told about how great the company is and how they have awesome competitive pay and benefits. Because I was already so into the interview process with some other companies I was fast tracked and scheduled another interview within just a day or two (still in Cancun). I was then laid out the next steps for interviews and their offer time-line. This next interview was over the phone and as far as I know went fairly well. I've been completely ghosted from both team members without any expansion. I followed up with an email as well as a message on LinkedIn just to let them know I was still interested and looking to see if there were any next steps.
Advice: Respect people's time, your not the only place people interview at. Have the decent to follow up with candidates as you impact their time. A generic "we sent with another candidate" email would be much better than ghosting people you are "very interested in".

Was initially approached by the recruiter directly. The conversation was standard with standard questions, however it appeared that the questions were not relevant to my experience and the recruiter seemed irate at questions asked and had an overall condescending demeanour.

Recruiter was late. Just a prescreen call. Did not progress passed this point as there were stronger candidates in the pipeline. She was pretty unresponsive and seem unorganized about the whole thing.
Normal process. I interviewed for 3 different positions within a year. Made it to the final round for 2 of them but did not get an offer. It was good practice for interviewing.
