I spoke with Michael Monaghan initially and he has been a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. Second part of the process was speaking with the hiring manager which took a while because he was on vacation, which is understandable and I wasn't in any rush. This process also went well. Third part is the coding challenge, I've ended up doing something that's actually relevant to the job rather than the standard coding challenge and they allowed me to skip their coding challenge and move on to the last set of interviews. Last part were set of 5 conversations, first a conversation with the hiring manager, and then a coding challenge which included two questions which i think would be easy and medium on leetcode. Which went well. There is also a systems architecture interview which is pretty standard, I was asked to design a system and worked with the interviewer on designing a product and improving pieces of the architecture. Last step was a systems interview where I was asked about my previous experience and questions about some systems architecture, which was similar to the previous interview but different. Everyone was a pleasure to work with and I have accepted the offer.
