Entretien
First round: One video call (RH and technical assessment)
RH part: pretty standard. The interviewer ask me what I knew about the company and then explained more in detail the different teams and products... I was then asked to present myself, why did I apply, describe my previous experiences, what do you know about the company
Technical part: Two exercises done in the language of your choice.
Submit application, call screening then interview with 2 managers including a roleplay at the end if all goes well then PAID in person final round at whatever office you're interviewing for

Entretien
I cold applied online and heard back about a week later. I then had a screener call with a recruiter who super friendly. The call didn’t require any preparation. They asked pretty straight forward questions about my experience.
4 phases:
- 1 initital with HR about the role
- 1 with a Manager in the same function
- 1-hour presentation with a prepared business case
- 1 final itnerview with local team director
