Entretien
The recruitment process was pretty dense, with 5 interviews in total and 1 case presented in front of 4 people. But overall the process has been very good, Dashlane was very reactive and attentive to my questions, they seem to put a lot of effort into getting to know the candidates and making sure they are a good fit for the company not only regarding their skills but also their personality. On the other way around, they also take the time to make sure you believe this position fits with your expectations.

Entretien
Best experience I had in a recruitment process. A bit too long, but every step was well conducted and provided a lot of information about the company culture, vision and processes. First screen with RH, followed by hiring manager interview, 2 peers interviews, 2 VP interviews. Everyone was very kind and helpful.

Each interview was very different, but the usual questions for a PM role.
- present yourself
- describe the previous projects and teams where you've been involved
- strengths and weaknesses
- leadership style
- difficult situation in a project
- agile background
- product manager vs project manager
Not a great experience. The hiring manager was just awful from the start and it was clear English wasn't their native language. They didn't understand some of the most basic product management concepts and I felt like I was talking to a wall the whole time. Definitely would not recommend.

Entretien
The interview process is quite long. I was contacted by a recruiter on Linkedin and from there I had the following:
1 hour call with a recruiter
1 hour call with Group Product Manager
Product Challenge (this took me about a week)
1 hour in-person presentation of the product challenge
45 minute in-person with head engineer
45 minute in-person with lead designer
20 minute regroup with group product manager
10 minute index behavioral assessment
30 minute call with CPO
30 minute call with CTO
