Leadership is treating its employees like dirt, expertise is ignored, extraordinary performance is treated as normal, and normal as severely underperforming. People are manipulated to quit if they dare say anything against existing politics or processes. It is painful to see how early company culture of support and trust turned into a culture of leadership disrespecting its employees and also customers (the free plan limitations and making people pay to keep access to their vault is deplorable).
