I spent a total of 20 minutes on the phone with the hiring manager. I had received the job duties in advance and basically highlighted my experience with each of the required skills. I received an offer letter the next day. It was the strangest thing ever. I did not meet my manager until I went through the onboarding process.

Entretien
The interview went great. It was a panel interview with the hiring manager and two project managers. There were behavioral and role-specific questions . Answers had to follow the STAR method.

Entretien
More intense than expected, was very detailed and process driven, focused on situational scenarios more than behavioural assessments. Couple of interviews with the hiring manager and director and then a final interview with another director.
