Had to network a lot to get my interview. The company follows lean and six sigma concepts in every aspect of their business and therefore hire linear thinkers. Behavioral interview with the usual questions, a few technical questions on project management. They were a bit slow to respond and I had to follow up constantly. Be to the point and not vague.
