- Phone Screen with a recruiter that lasted about 15 minutes. She made sure to rush getting me an interview being very aggressive with a date/time (A good thing right?).
- A day later interviewed with a hiring manager for a 30-40 minute interview. Took time off work to answer in depth questions about the job. Answered all questions thoroughly and without hesitation. Hiring manager said he had everything he needed and said good luck with the process. Got an e-mail the following day from the recruiter stating I was not chosen and they went with another candidate. DID NOT bother to tell me what I could have done better or what the issue was with my skill-set especially since I answered every technical question with competency. I wouldn't bother dealing with this company. Waste of time honestly.

Unfortunately, I did not make the interview as I had medium accuracy in the assessment. The process seems quite straightforward after being contacted by the recruiter, who was friendly and provided enough details about the role and pay.

Entretien
Had a 30 minute call with a recruiter after submitting my resume online. Typical discussion with a recruiter. She told me that she would forward my resume on and would be in touch with me the next day with next steps. I never heard from her again. It’s perfectly fine if I wasn’t a good fit, but ghosting candidates is just a bad look and incredibly unprofessional. Looks like I dodged a bullet with this one.
