Did two in person interviews and one phone with India office. Spent over 5 hours interviewing. Made two trips to their office. Made it to final rounds and all went well. I follow up with recruiter for feedback, no response. I follow up again only for recruiter to say, “oh I hope to know something next week”. Next 24 hours, I see the job reposted! What a serious lack of unprofessional individuals!Shame on you CrowdStrike recruitment!! Have some respect for the people interviewing and provide truthful feedback, don’t lead candidates on. We’ve taken time to interview and/or taken time off work to speak with you! What if that was you? You’ve been in our shoes wanting a job, would you want to be treated that way! You’d get more respect if you actually got back to candidates and told them, thank you but no thanks! It’s the very least you could do!! Oh, and don’t bother replying... oh we ‘re so sorry for your experience, we at CrowdStrike aren’t like that.... yes, you are and your reviews tell it!
