Each person I spoke with was very intelligent. This company has an issue though; they leave you dead cold in the interview process and do not communicate. One of the interviewers called same day to interview me out of no where and said “he wasn’t sure of anything that was going on but was told he needed to interview me” <- I lost hope here. Signed an NDA which means I can’t talk about the specifics of any questions but everyone was smart just seems the companies processes are not flowing well yet. Any company that leaves you hanging in the interview process for more than a couple weeks is not worth the wait. If I was selected I would have told them no. I hope they fix the recruiting / interview process.
