I was surprised how efficiently they handled the process. Within 3 days of a friend passing my info to a Crosscountry employee, I had spoken to a recruiter, met a partner and received feedback.
Both the partner and recruiter were upfront and honest about no immediate opportunities. Promised to stay in touch.

There were several conversations with the recruiter, the team, and the partner. Everyone was very respectful, timely, and engaging - it was clear they had done their research on my background. I had quite a positive experience overall with CrossCountry.
