Entretien
The interview was over zoom for a hybrid remote/on site position. Prior to the interview, I was asked to "lock in" on a proposed salary. The actual interview included two people - one who would be my boss.

Entretien
The recruiters at this company are awful. Incompetent, unable to perform basic communication, attend the meeting they set up themselves, no idea of the jobs they are recruiting for, etc. Ridiculous.
After finally getting past the recuiter ... average interview using SAFE questions ... interviewers seemed to be reading questions from their computer screens and did not seem to offer any real information about the job. I have no idea how they are appropriately judging candidates with the questions they are asking.
