J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Control Risks

Applied for an analyst position located in Houston, TX online. Was contacted by one of Control Risks recruiters located in Mexico City several days later asking to set up an interview the following week. The recruiter provided the WRONG address for the interview, luckily I double checked online beforehand and noticed the mistake.
The interview itself was quite forward: talk about your skills/experience, hiring manager then talks about the position, then wrapping up with questions. This has been the ONLY interview I have ever been to where the hiring manager spent a good portion of the interview explaining how BAD the position is. They described a repetitive job with high stress, a failure rate of about 60% and basically that this particular position did not really have a career path within the company.
So, in all reality who would want to accept a job like that? Furthermore, nobody followed up with me after the interview, not even with a polite rejection email. Talk about a lack of professionalism.

They were so unkind, kept me waiting for weeks to say no without a reason. I followed up with HR who told me that even if I killed it at work my nationality could never get me a full time role

It was fine, there is a written test, followed by 2 rounds of interview. The HR responds quickly. They give 3-4 days to write the test. The interviewers were calm and let me speak.
