Straightforward, pleasant. Generally quite cordial and even gave feedback at the end after requesting it. But they put a lot of ghost jobs on LinkedIn, so beware of that. Higher staff seem far too busy to engage it seems (at least based on the team I interacted with)

Question 1
About my practical knowledge and experience working with AI and tech
Standard fair. A little disorganized. Cleary a lot of smart people work there, but the interview process gave vibes of being more academic than commercially focused. Went through four rounds speaking to a mix of people at different levels. Overall a decent experience.

Entretien
Three-stage process:
1- I was first invited to answer several questions about myself and my professional experience in a self-recorded video. 2- If the first part was successful, you are invited to complete a case study task. The day and time could be chosen freely, which was very convenient. The tasks corresponded to the actual work you would do in the role, so nothing unrealistic or excessive.3 - Finally, there was live interview with one or two managers you would be working with if you passed the previous stages.
Overall, communication was pleasant and well organized. The only drawback was that I only had the opportunity to speak with someone from the company and ask questions during the final round.
