The interview process at Color Of Change was quite enjoyable. There were a few rounds but they went quick which I liked. They allowed you to be yourself and present your capabilities fully through not only thoughtful questions but great follow-up questions as well. I was interviewed by different members of the organization and got a good feel of the work they all do and the culture. One of the best interview processes I've experienced.

I was selected for a phone interview. The interviewer was very nice and to the point. I was not selected to continue after the interview but the rest of the process seemed too long.
