They reached out to me because he was interested in my profile. Immediately they sent me many articles to read and a case study i needed to complete. A case study that takes a lot of time and thought to then produce a full summary document. While I did that and sent it back to him, he replied within 24hours with a generic rejection, no feedback or personalization. It was incredibly rude and selfish expecting the candidate to show their commitment without giving any of their own in return. While I replied asking for feedback and he obviously ghosted me... I am amplifying the voices of other reviews: This was extremely unprofessional. Do not waste your time & effort to go through this process.

Question 1
How much more or less do you pay drivers per trip given driver rides/month and salary and riders CAC and request rate? Your goal is to maximize net revenue for the next 12 months on this route.
The interview process began with an initial assessment, which had no time limit. I wrote about 2 pages. After submitting the assessment, I moved on to the next stage: a live interview focused on discussing my approach to the assessment. During this conversation, I walked through my solution, explained my reasoning, and answered follow-up questions related to testing and validating the approach.

The interview process was a series of case studies with no screening outside of your case submissions and follow-up interviews discussing the case.
Overall, it felt very one-sided and it was painfully obvious the "evaluators" didn't even bother reading the case submissions. The direct "feedback" I received had questions and answers that were addressed in my submission word for word. I would be more than accepting if it was a matter of opinion, but the feedback I received was stated as if it was factual.
The evaluation process seemed more effort/output driven instead of "did you answer the case thoughtfully". There were no deadlines for the case, or a recommendation on time spent so part of me believes they expected you to spend 2+ weeks working on some of these documents and provide a full fledged feature for them to implement on their platform. I didn't spend more than 48 hours on any of the cases because this is an interview...not a job.
