3 parts of interview, The 1st interview is simple get to know session, where simple questions are asked. The 2nd one is with software developers, where some Leetcode task is presented for candidate to solve.

I rated it as overall negative experience because HR just disappeared after the first interview.
What is puzzling is that we had a good interview and I had a very good first impression of the company so I wasn´t expecting just being ghosted. I was moving fast with interview process in another company and reached out about feedback but haven´t received any reply.
I think job hunting is challenging as it is and this type of treatment could be very demotivating. I would really encourage the company to reply to candidates, it really doesn´t take long but makes a difference.

Entretien
The interview process was quite lengthy and thorough (6 rounds total).
- Phone screen with the recruiter (30min)
- Zoom interview with the hiring manager (30min)
- Zoom presentation + panel interview (60min)
- Zoom interview with the CTO (60min)
- Zoom conversation with the hiring manager on lingering questions (45min)
- Zoom conversation with the CEO (45min)
I had good communication and defined steps after every round. The entire process took about one month.
