Interview is 15-30mins. Interview with 2 managers before being hired on the spot. Basic interview, request of details in experience. Started as a host. In 6months they promoted me to be a runner. A year after that, I became a server. Been serving since. Great place if you are looking to climb up the latter.

I brought my resume in person, and filled out an application while waiting for the chance to interview with a manager, it was pretty straightforward, I had restaurant experience so it was just an overview of my skills.

Entretien
I had five different interviews. I had no prior serving experience so I guess I had to prove myself. I had to study the menu, then come back to test in order to get an interview, then had two more interviews. Wasn't too bad!
