Conducted by a hiring manager or team lead.
Mix of behavioural questions (“Tell me about a time when…”) and technical/role-related questions.
Tests knowledge of the banking industry, Citibank’s services, and problem-solving ability.
5. Case Study / Technical Assessment (Role-Specific)
Some roles (e.g., finance, risk, operations, technology) require a case study or technical round.
Candidates may be asked to analyse data, present findings, or solve a business scenario.
Tests analytical skills, attention to detail, and decision-making.
6. Final-Round Interview (Panel / Senior Managers)
Panel interview with 2–4 senior managers or cross-functional leaders.
Questions focus on:
Alignment with Citibank’s values and global culture.
Leadership potential, teamwork, and client-focused mindset.
Long-term career goals.
7. HR & Compliance Checks
HR reviews references and may conduct background checks.
Verification of education, employment history, and (for some roles) credit history.
8. Offer & Onboarding

HR provides onboarding details, including training and orientation to Citibank’s policies and systems.
