very long 5+ months from application to the final "thank you for your interest", communication with the recruiter was slow. I had 3 interviews with two interviewers each. 2 of them didn't show up. One interviewer complaint openly about the company. After 4 weeks waiting I received an automatic email. It would have been nice to have received an email from the recruiter showing appreciation for the time invested and interest in Citi.

Excellent and efficient , professional follow and follow through on status of interview and offers. There is nothing I would change. They are great. I wsj I could work there. I hope this helps people.

competency based, personal interpersonal. Typically three interviews recruiter, then two with the business. Fairly quick in offer and overall process. Prep and have questions ready for the interviews.
