I received call from HR for the first round. 1st round was taken. HR said I am moving you to the next round, please be prepared for your next interview round which will happen in the next week immediately. I waited whole week for the next round, nothing happened. No response to my communications later. I don't understand why candidates are given fake promises by companies. If not interested, companies should not play with candidates' time or hope. Clear rejection is better than stuck applications. Time is valuable asset for anyone.
Online applied, received interview email. Interviewer is friendly and ask about behavioral questions such as how do you manage your stress/work, why apply this job, talk about company culture and teams culture, and the BAU

I was asked about my previous experience, soft and hard skills. What Citi bank is stands for and KYC process. Got explained how KYC process is going through. KYC is international process going through different countries.

Very friendly interviewer. Online interview through Zoom.
First the HR contacted me to set the interview schedule. I didn't need to fill any unnecessary documents. Interview with the department supervisor she seems very interested in my current position and job scope. She asked what programs and sites did I use and how was my experience with my current company. No trick questions, she wants to know what i can do.
