The interview felt more like a monologue than a dialogue, with one of the interviewers repeatedly asking the same question but expecting a different answer each time. Oh my holy gracious, I wish I have multiple personality disorder to answer his questions. So rather than engaging in a discussion about my perspectives and qualifications, I felt like I was being lectured on the interviewer’s views. Overall, it came across as quite unprofessional for an executive-level interview.
