This was a very efficient process and I'd highly recommend it to others again. Process was based in Dublin. The hiring managers were in the USA. The team was dispersed across the UK, Ireland and the USA.
General customer service oriented questions about how you handle tough situations, deal with upset customers. How well do you handle working under pressure and a fast paced environment. First it was a phone screen, and then passing that was a more in depth video call interview. The entire hiring process and background check took a couple months.

There was 2/3 rounds therefore the company got to know you while you got a feel for the ppl you would be with

The interview went well. The interviewer was very professional and approachable, creating a comfortable atmosphere that helped ease my nerves. She asked insightful questions in a respectful manner, which made the whole experience less intimidating and more encouraging.
