A recruiter invited me to a recruiting event. Ground transportation was reimbursed (afterwards). We first had 1h to take a written technical exam with a broad range of topics, including a bonus section on finance. They stressed the fact that a background in finance is not needed at all for the position. A tour of the facilities followed and two 1:1 hour-long mostly behavioural interviews with different team leads concluded the onsite visit. Offer came in 1 week later, with a 1 week window to accept or decline.
