I have given many interviews in Citi and they are always nice and polite. There mostly will be 3 rounds of interviews.
1) - You will receive mail that you have shortlisted and then HR will call for a basic screen call and finalise a next round
2) With TL
3) Higher Management
if required then the HOD will also take interview.

Terrible. I applied online, got invited for an aptitude test and later got an e-mail that I was moving to the next stage which was an in person interview. Only to get an e-mail later that they have dropped the interview

It was a good interview environment. The interviewer was very kind and showed smiles here and there to lighten up the mood. Overall, even if I do not get the internship, I felt it was a great learning oppurtunity.
