Entretien
I was referred to this position by an employee of Citygroup. Prior to this reference, this person was my electives professor in my freshman year of high school. The interview process itself was done by email. The person interviewing me did not have enough time to set up a in-person interview immediately. After exchanging emails, I was given details on a 1:1 interview. That interview never occurred. I showed up but the interviewer wasn't there. I did not follow up because I never got a response from my follow up emails.
Very insightful, interviewers were very straightforward and had great questions that got you to think and analyze your skills. Was also asked behavioral questions that required you to put yourself in given situation.
4 step interview - interviewed with different levels of management after HR initial screening process: Vice Presidents, Sr VP and Directors. Answered routine background questions and was asked about interests and accomplishments.
Pretty straight forward. Like any other interview you get asked the basic questions "strengths, weaknesses, see yourself in 5 years". There was 3 interviewers. Interviews were conducted in a very professional matter.
