J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Citi (Toronto, ON) en avr. 2023
Entretien
The worst interview I have ever been on. Not only did they send someone who could barely speak English but the one person who could (the other interviewer) was very disrespectful and demeaning. During my answers to questions he would be shaking his head and doing all manner of actions on camera. They asked some foolish questions which in my opinion do not at all test your level of experience or ability to perform on the job.

I applied for a position and received an email from the recruiter asking for additional details, which I promptly provided. After that, there was complete silence for weeks. I followed up, only to eventually receive a generic rejection email saying I was not shortlisted.
It’s frustrating to be contacted by the company, asked to invest time and effort, and then be left in the dark with no updates or explanation. What’s the point of reaching out if there’s no real process or communication afterward? A brief call or at least a proper follow-up would have shown basic professionalism and respect.
I expected better from a company with such a strong reputation. Unfortunately, the candidate experience did not reflect that.
