Campus interview. Basic Data warehousing and problem solving skills were tested. Problem solving was also tested.
HR Round was a formality. HR was more concerned about ensuring we dont quit the company or honor the offer by joining.

Data ware housing questions. SQL. Primarily around normalizations.
Stress testing around unexpected questions. Example : Define a computer when you were expecting DW related questions.
Basic HR questions like why Citi , why analytics etc.
Much more fit questions than technical questions asked, prepare strong elevator pitch and research on the fit and culture. Hiring interviews proceed fairly quickly if hiring manager is keen but do engage with HR regularly for updates.
Had one call, asked high level technical questions for example on the yield curve, current news, and interest rates. The interviewer gave me no indication of whether I would move on to the next round or not or how I was doing during the interview.
three rounds not that hard. applied 10 days before contacted for an email questionaire, then 1st round panel interview with two people, two days later got an email calendar invite for a 2nd round interview in two business says.
