Interview process was elaborate & went on for over 3 months with different stakeholders. Most questions were around past experience and domain knowledge. There was a written test which I thought was a little too much for a senior position. Most of the times it will be people at you own level asking you technical questions which can be a little intimidating. No body talks about the hierarchial work culture & colonial mindset in the interviews.
