Entretien
I applied to Citi through the career center at my university and was selected for an interview. I was interviewed by two people - they were polite and briefly asked me about my resume and a couple of behavioral questions. They did not ask anything technical, and overall, did not have very many questions for me. Instead, they expected me to guide the interview with my own questions for them about the position.
Entretien
First there was a Phone Interview which consisted of fairly Basic HR Questions:
- Why Citibank?
- Why GTS specifically?
- Why this location? What do you know about this location?
- What motivates you?
- Would you be fine with a small salary (especially at first)?
- What is one of your biggest weaknesses, with an example?
- etc...
Following the Phone Interview, I was invited to the Assessment Centre.
