Two 30min interviews. First spoke to the local Head of the group, who told me a little bit more about the position and the kind of things they expected from me. Then spoke to an analyst who asked me a bunch of questions about myself, why I wanted to work at Citi and a couple of technical questions as well.

3 questions instead of generic cover letters after applied. 1st interview based on profile, CV and motivations. Also, questions of derivatives and macro news. Second round, same kind of questions.
