Interview process stated with peer level reviews, but obvious that peers were not manager or used to interviewing. No traditional baselining from HR, recruiter or hiring manager. Job listing was incorrect stating manager of teams when actually individual contributor. When I finally got to the hiring manager he said it was a standard cut and paste and parts were not correct. I opted out of moving forward.
