The phone interview was rather easy. Asked basic questions about me, my personality and education. It was simple for what I remember. I got an in-person interview offer on the phone and accepted. She gave a date within a week from that day and asked me to review information she would be sending. The in-person interview was way more in depth. She asked me what my favorite thing about my last job and the worst thing about my last job. They asked me if I ever had an experience with an irate customer and what I did to solve the problem. They asked main questions about my education. They asked about all my jobs in the past and to describe things I did with each and how long I was there. Also they asked if there was ever a policy in school or at work that I didn't agree with and what I did to deal with it.
Got an on the spot offer and my choice between two schedules. Chose one and was given a training shcedule which consisted of a 5 week training, Mon - Fri schedule from 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm. There was 4 weeks classroom training with lots of material to learn and take notes on. On the fourth week we had a job coach come in and take live calls to show how it should be done. The last week was actual on the phone calls and coaching.
