Entretien
A good round of at least four people. The questions were standard and mainly about commodities and economic insight. Everyone had a different view on the markets and were in different areas of the commodity business.

Question 1
I was asked to evaluate the yield curve versus the return on the oil curve. Most of the other questions were about my background and experience.
Interview process was average. There was no recruiter contact who kept in touch for the status of the interview. Those who scheduled interviews did so outside of standard business hours.

Entretien
Phone screening from recruiter two weeks after applying. From there it moved quickly to phone call with hiring manager, in-person meetings with hiring manager and team, and final interview with executive. Offer came about two weeks after final interview. Excellent communication throughout.
