Several days later, invited to have face-to-face interview with department manager - mainly behavioral questions, just be yourself.

1 hour interview with team members talking about the team's products as well as current market trends. Was interviewed quite early but received negative answer very late into the process (around 2-3 months after the interview)

took 5 months to get my job approved. kept going back and forth on if they were going to offer the job or not. I was told they wanted me just had to get the budget approved.
