I applied through career website and got a scheduled phone interview two days later. I have waited the call from their hiring manager on the day we scheduled, but it never happened... so i called them back after two hours waiting and i was automatically transferred to their voicemail, i left message asking whats going on and suggesting to reschedule the phone interview. And yea they called me back with a new schedule. I did the phone interview the very next day. I wont say they are unprofessional, but i am a little disappointed with this incident.

It was through a phone call. It was the initial interview. It was precise and direct to the point. The process was smooth though I was nervous in answering the basic interview questions, it was all good.

Lengthy with lots of situational questions. The interviewer had his cell phone going off for the first 5 minutes of my interview before he put it on silent. The phone interview was the first step, and that was pretty easy. The phone interviewer gave very useful hints for the in person interview. Practice situational questions before you go in for the in person, lots of them.
