Hay un assessment para ver cómo reaccionas en determinadas situaciones y si eres un team player o no. Luego hay una entrevista individual con el manager y con el responsable de área. En general la experiencia fue positiva y tuve el puesto.
3 rounds of tech working on functional and non functional questions. Unix commands , deployment process , nice people and they make u feel better in interview. Confidence is the key and know what you’ve done and can contribute to role

Entretien
Interviewed for team leader position and intial experience of the interview was good. However, below are the points which made it a negative experience.
1. Received call 15 minutes prior to interview regarding the interview. No earlier communication was there.
2. Long and real slow process and took 2 months.
3. In 1st round of interview, interviewer told me that they will process my profile for c11. However, after last round I was informed that they will need 10+ years of experience for c11 and I had 8.
4. In response to their answer, incase 10+ experience was required. Why you wasted my 2 months and why you wasn't able to check it during 3 rounds previously.
5. During the last interview, interviewer was completed uninterested. Talking to someone in the background. Just not interested in interview. Asked only 2 questions related to personal info and nothing related to work.
Advise for candidates: interviews are easy but assessment is really hard. Get prepared for the assessment.
Advise for Citibank: Don't waste people's time.
