Phone screen interview quite easy and basic which focus on skill and experience. After interview about 1 week I have email from HR to finish paper for working permit process, which include medical check up and all study certificates. It takes me a month to follow up with all requirement document, and negotiate salary. Citi provide 1 month accommodation, 3000RM relocate allowance and one way ticket to KL -need to claim invoice.
But its a big disappointment, after 1 month follow up with them, HR and hiring manager call me to said they unable to hiring me because company restructure and they can not hiring someone from other country, and ask me to wait until end of year so they will process my visa whenever they have slot. But I decide to moving on, dont want to waste my time to wait for uncertain things.
Interview great, did follow up but never respond. Ghosted. They mentioned will provide update by by 3rd week but never send anything back, did follow up but silent. did follow up but silent.

Applied from linked in and was sent an interview invite email. They made me wait from 9:30am to 3pm for 1 round. They called people from multiple domains/experiences that do not match their own jd.

The interviewer was a complete moron. He asked stupid bookish questions like which year was BSA passed, which year was Ofac passed as if I was there to play KBC. They do not care about your practical knowledge or skills.. Rather, focus on asking stupid history questions.

Went for an interview and was ghosted for more than an hour. Tried to reach out to the hiring manager but no response. Unorganised and wholly unprofessional. Did not reach out or relay any information on any delays or cancellation
