I was first called and asked by external recruiter why this company, why this position, what are my goals, if I am ready to travel and some other competency questions, my English was checked as well, than I was invited for numbers test to the bank. After that I had 1 hour interview with 2 HR ladies but 1 was only listening. Questions were about my experiences student activities and projects and checking what kind of person I am. She also asked about unusual working hours if its fine for me. After that I got an invitation to final interview with two managers, i got some technical questions to describe a swap, option and financial instruments, where I would like to work in the future etc
